Wiring Senses
The second annual exhibition of the Jockey Club Project IDEA, Wiring Senses, invites visitors to explore the transformative power of multisensory experiences, emphasizing the vital role our senses play in shaping our understanding of the world. The artistic practice of transforming signals between different sensory modalities enriches creative expression and opens up new paths for discovery. The exhibition title embodies the concept of connection—both literal and metaphorical—linking diverse sensory experiences through technology. By transforming sensory information, we make art accessible to all, fostering engagement with individuals living with disabilities. This exhibition showcases original artworks created by a talented group of secondary school students participating in the inclusive art and technology workshops of the Project.
